We value and appreciate your full privacy, and take this very seriously. We are PCI Compliant, and at no time will we sell or share your information with any third party. We may hire outside firms to handle certain functions for us, such as sending emails, delivering orders, and processing credit cards. However, these firms will only have access to the personal information that is necessary to perform their assigned tasks.
Our design team is always looking out for the most creative and up-to-date ways to create the finest gifts to complete our baskets. Every arrangement is specifically developed to suit the theme of the products and the actual basket size that is chosen.
For various reasons, we highly recommend that you choose a basket that is designed by our design team. However, if you choose to further customize any of your orders, we charge an additional $15 per basket. We offer complimentary customization services for orders of at least 25 baskets or more. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide customizations during November and December unless over 25 baskets are ordered.
We strive to ensure that we deliver gifts as shown in our online showroom. However, there may be scenarios that are out of our control that does not make this possible. For instance, we may not have been given notice by a component supplier that a specific product has been discontinued. As such, we reserve the right to substitute any products for other ones that are of equal or greater value.
Cancellations and Changes
We aim to process orders quickly and efficiently for fast delivery. Our products are prepared right away after orders are placed, and as such, they cannot be changed or cancelled within 48 hours of the shipment date.
