Damaged Items

At BabyGifties, our goal is to choose only the highest quality products available. For whatever reason, if an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and we will be more than happy to send you a replacement within 48 hours. Exchanges and Returns

Because of the health and safety regulations that we are required to comply with, we are unable to exchange or take returns for food products. However, non-perishable items may be exchanged at our head office and are for valid for 30 days from the date the item was ordered and is subject to a re-stocking fee of 15%. Refunds may only be issued to the purchaser and shipping fees are not refundable. Returns are processed within 48 hours. Please contact us at info@babygifties.com

Undeliverable Products

On occasion, our attempts to make a successful delivery are not possible for various reasons, such as if the wrong address was provided, the recipient relocated, the gift was refused at the time of delivery, there was information missing from the order, it was deemed unsafe to be left, etc.

Should this happen, the item will be returned to our head office and the sender will be contacted at the phone number or email address provided at checkout.

Should the sender not want us to attempt a second delivery, the base cost of the gift minus the handling and restocking fee will be refunded. There will be no refund on the original delivery charge because the initial delivery attempt was made.

Should arrangements for redelivery be unable to be made within 30 days of the return, the gift will be deemed abandoned.

Should the receiver do not want accept delivery, return delivery fee will be charge.
